At Doodle Heads Inc., we are committed to quality. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Return anything purchased from us at any time if you are not 100% satisfied. That is The Doodle Heads commitment to you!

WITH ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT We will gladly make an exchange or refund your return for the price at the time of the original sale IF the original sales receipt is provided with return. You may return or exchange unwashed & unworn merchandise purchased online WITHIN 60 DAYS to our Returns Center. Online purchases must be returned to our Returns and Exchange center. Returns or Exchanges made AFTER 60 DAYS must be processed by mail through our Returns Center only. The Doodle Heads Inc. is not responsible for the shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges sent to the Processing Center.

WITHOUT ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT Returns or Exchanges WITHOUT an original sale receipt may be made at Returns Center and will be valued at their current selling price. Without an original receipt, monetary refunds can only be made through Returns/Exchange Center. Online purchases must be returned to our Returns and Exchange center. For any questions, please call our Customer Service Rep at 1-844-DOODLEH. Doodle Heads Inc. is not responsible for the shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges sent to the Processing Center.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Doodle Heads Inc. will gladly replace any defective or broken items through our Returns/Exchange Center. If your damaged item is fragile (i.e.: Broken Glassware) please do not ship this back to us. Please email a photo to us at bella@thedoodleheads.com and we will be happy to ship a replacement to you. If the item is damaged/defective or a shipping error occurred, Doodle Heads Inc., will email a Prepaid Return Label to you. To begin this process please email us at bella@thedoodleheads.com or call our Customer Service Reps at 1-844-DOODLEH.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES THROUGH OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE CENTER:

  • Complete the RETURN OR EXCAHNGE FORM found on this page.
  • Secure merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed form.
  • Return the item(s) to: Doodle Heads Inc., Attn: Returns, 1317 N San Fernando Blvd., Suite 559, Burbank CA 91504.
  • Choose a shipping vendor that provides Tracking Information for your package.
  • Once we receive your package, it generally takes 2 weeks to process returns, exchanges, or credits.
  • Please email bella@thedoodleheads.com if you have immediate questions or concerns.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges affiliated with international exchanges.
